In this phase we will draw on our experience and use all of the variables to define the initial and subsequent second and third offer-points and terms of your offer. Real estate negotiation is similar to a chess match so we want to look several steps into the process to ascertain our opponents expected moves. Our proven negotiation strategies ensure that you, our buyers get your offer accepted. We have a predetermined list of variables that we use to ensure that you are positioned with the highest degree of information before you generate your initial offer.
