Mission Impossible! Made Possible! Wonderful experience working with Jinaye. Very easy and flexible. Knowledgeable about properties we were interested in. We met by divine intervention and immediately began to talk about life and where we would ultimately like to live. We named a few and narrowed it down thanks to Jinaye. Our goals of having our children closer to grandparents and services was important to us. Jinaye was well prepared to show and list our home under such extreme measures like COVID-19.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Jinaye and her family in our Cambridge Place Subdivision in Gilroy. She had four listings in the subdivision and had recently sold the home across the street from our home. When we finally identified the home that we felt was just right for our family Jinaye and her staff used their skills to develop a relationship with the listing agent to ensure our success. She identified a sales strategy that got our offer accepted in the midst of a multiple offer process during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We had the pleasure of working with Jinaye and her team of professionals in the buying of our home in Saratoga. The team helped us in every step of the way, starting from property visits to bidding, closing the home and then for the post-escrow process. We interviewed several realtors in the area,  but we were super impressed with the level of professionalism showed by The Conley Real Estate Group, and by how well they listened to what we were looking for in a home. Jinaye’s team has a deep network of connection in the area which really came in handy when we were able to visit homes before they were listed. They did a great job highlighting features of the homes we visit but at the same time quickly moved on when something did not work us.
